  • 250 grams short pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups pasta sauce tomato
  • 100 grams mozzarella cheese grated
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk warm
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • nutmeg

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

    Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, al dente.

    Meanwhile, prepare the bechamel sauce by melting the butter in a medium skillet. Add the flour and stir constantly until the flour turns golden. Slowly add the warm milk and beat using a whisk over medium-low heat until it thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add a pinch of nutmeg.

    Mix the pasta and tomato pasta sauce and place in a greased baking pan.
