  • 1 Large can of crushed pinapple
  • 1 9oz container of Cool Whip
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or your favorite)

    combine pudding mix and crushed pinapple with juice and all..stir till blended. add cool whip and othr ingredients till smooth. cover and refrigerate. serve cold
