- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O brand sugar free gelatin (any flavor)
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. cold water
- ice cubes
- 1 3/4 c. (4 oz.) Cool Whip lite whipped topping, thawed
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water.

2Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.

3Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.

4Remove any unmelted ice.

5Fold into whipped topping, blending well.

6Spoon into individual dessert dishes or bowl.

7Chill until set, at least 2 hours.

8Garnish with fresh fruit if desired.

9Makes 7 servings, approximately 40 calories per serving.
