  • 22 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 1 c. pastel mints
  • 2 c. pastel mini-marshmallows

Directions

    Crush cookie and place half in bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.

    Whip cream, fold in mints and marshmallows.

    Spread whipping cream mixture over cookie crust. Top with remaining cookie crumbs. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 days.
