- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin (fruit flavor)
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat all ingredients except nuts for 3 minutes or until smooth.

2Dredge nuts in flour and fold into mixture.

3Pour batter into well-greased 10-inch tube pan.

4Bake 50 to 55 minutes in 350° oven.
