  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin (fruit flavor)
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat all ingredients except nuts for 3 minutes or until smooth.

    Dredge nuts in flour and fold into mixture.

    Pour batter into well-greased 10-inch tube pan.

    Bake 50 to 55 minutes in 350° oven.

    Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
