  • 2 lb. (No. 6) macaroni, cooked as directed
  • 2 lb. hamburg
  • 16 oz. Romano cheese
  • 6 1/4 c. milk
  • 3 c. flour
  • 7 eggs
  • 2 sticks butter
  • cinnamon to taste

Directions

    Brown hamburg with salt.

    Drain grease.

    Add 1 stick of butter, cinnamon, cooked macaroni and 8 ounces cheese.

    Heat milk with 1 stick of butter.

    Add flour and beat until smooth.

    Add eggs and remaining cheese.

    Mix with other mixtures.

    Spread in roasting pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
