- 1 1/2 lb. flank steak
- 6 to 8 potatoes
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 lb. pork
- 6 carrots or small rutabaga
Directions

1I use packaged pie crust.

2Cut flank steak and pork into small pieces.

3Grate potatoes, carrots and onion.

4Put all in 1 large bowl.

5Salt and pepper to taste.

6Roll out dough larger than pie shape.

7Place ingredients on dough (enough for 1/2 pie).

8Place pat of butter on top and close up dough.

9Put 3 slits in top of dough.
-
10Bake at 425° for 55 minutes.

11At the end of this time, put 1 tablespoon of water in the slits in each pie.

12Bake 5 minutes longer.
