- 1/2 kgr. ground beef
- 1 onion, cut in small pieces
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- pepper
- parsley, cut in small pieces
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 kgr. macaroni bugattini
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- Sauce Bechamel
Directions

1Saute the ground beef and the onion with the olive oil.

2Add the salt, the parsley and the wine.

3When all of the wine is gone, you add the tomato juice and let the ground beef to be cooked for about 30 minutes.

4Boil the bugattini into 5 liters of water and add 1 tablespoon of salt.

5When they are ready, pour 1 cup of cool water into the pan and then strain.

6Put half of the bugattini into a large buttered oven pan, then sprinkle with cheese and cover with the ground beef.

7Then you put the rest of the bugattini and sprinkle again with cheese.
