- 1 chopped onion
- 8 to 10 potatoes, diced
- 6 or more sliced carrots
- 1/2 stick oleo
- salt and pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 can crescent rolls
Directions

1Grease 9 x 13-inch pan; crumble ground beef in bottom.

2Layer onion, potatoes and carrots; season.

3Slice oleo over all.

4Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°.

5Mix soup and water and add to mixture. Cover; bake 15 minutes more.

6Unroll crescent rolls and lay on top.
