  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 can refrigerator biscuits
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 3/4 c. pizza or spaghetti sauce
  • oregano
  • garlic powder

Directions

    Dip fingers into flour to make it easier to pat out biscuits. On a greased cookie sheet, pat to stretch each biscuit to a 4-inch circle.

    Spread 1 tablespoon of sauce on each biscuit and top with grated cheese.

    Sprinkle with a little oregano and garlic powder. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.
