Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork hot sausage, fried and drained
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. self-rising corn meal
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. whole milk
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. pepperoni, cut up
- 4 or more tiny hot peppers, chopped
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 onion, chopped
Directions

1Mix batter thoroughly and add sausage, cheese, pepperoni, onion and hot peppers.

2Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 1 hour at 350°.

3When cooled, cut into desired sized pieces.

4Can be wrapped in Saran Wrap or plastic wrap and then in aluminum foil for freezing.

5Great later when warmed in microwave oven.
