- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 4 to 5 c. flour
Directions

1Heat together first 4 ingredients until butter melts. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to warm mixture.

2Stir in flour until stiff.

3Knead lightly, adding more flour, if necessary.

4Let rise in bowl 15 minutes.

5Punch down.

6Shape into rolls.

7Place on greased sheet.

8Let rise 15 to 20 minutes.

9Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes.

10Takes about 1 1/4 hours altogether.
