Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Minute rice
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 (5 oz.) pkg. boiled ham, slivered
- 1 (5 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, diced
- 1 large dill pickle
Directions

1Cook Minute rice per directions and set aside to cool.

2Bring water and salt to boil and add peas.

3Do not cook peas too done. Strain in colander and set aside.

4Dice up dill pickle, ham and cheese.

5Mix all ingredients together with mayonnaise.

6Add a little pickle juice to the mixture.

7Garnish with tomato wedges and slivers of ham and cheese.

8Best served after refrigerating overnight in a sealed container.
