  • Potato-2 boiled and mashed
  • Carrots-1/2 cup shreded
  • Bell pepper-1/2 cup chopped
  • Peas-1/2 cup mashed
  • Cauliflower-1/2 cup shreded
  • Tomato-2 puree
  • Cumin powder-1tsp
  • Coriander powder-1tsp
  • Garam Masala-1tsp
  • Cilantro-1/4 cup chopped
  • Onion-1/2 cup chopped
  • Oil-2tbsp
  • Lime juice-1tbsp
  • Salt

Directions

    Mix all the vegetable along with the tomato puree and add 11/2 cup of water to it.Let it boil for 5 minutes .Mix it well and concentrate as much as you want by simmering for couple of minutes.Add limejuice and salt.

    On a separate pan heat oil, add all the spices and and fry it for a minute add the to the gravy.Mix it well.

    Decorate it with cilantro and onion and enjoy it with bread.

    If you want you can add a spoonful of butter.
