  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. oleo, softened
  • 3 c. mini marshmallows
  • 2/3 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. oleo
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 12 oz. peanut butter chips
  • 2 c. salted peanuts

Directions

    Combine cake mix, egg and oleo and mix good.

    Spread in 13 x 9-inch ungreased pan and bake at 350° for 12 to 18 minutes (until golden brown).

    Remove and sprinkle marshmallows over cake; return to oven until it puffs up.
