  • 1 c. peanuts, blanched or dry roasted peanuts
  • 6 c. Rice Chex
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Bring sugar and syrup to a boil.

    Add peanut butter and mix well.

    Add peanuts and Rice Chex.

    Spread into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cool and cut into squares.
