Ingredients: 1 box yellow cake mix; 1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. butter (just melted not hot); 1 egg, room temperature; 3 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows (marshmallow cream doesn't work as well); 2/3 c. light corn syrup; 1/4 c. margarine; 2 c. peanut butter chips; 2 c. salted peanuts; 2 c. Rice Krispies

1 box yellow cake mix
1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. butter (just melted not hot)
1 egg, room temperature
3 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows (marshmallow cream doesn't work as well)
2/3 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. margarine
2 c. peanut butter chips
2 c. salted peanuts
2 c. Rice Krispies

Mix first three ingredients.

Press into ungreased 9 x 13 pan.

Bake 12-15 minutes or until it turns light brown at 350°. Remove from oven and sprinkle miniature marshmallows on.

Return to oven for about one minute.

Remove from oven and flatten slightly with spatula.

While the above is in oven; heat corn syrup, margarine and peanut butter chips until melted over low heat.

Add salted peanuts and Rice Krispies.

Spread over cake and marshmallow mixture.

Let cool and cut into squares.
