  • 1/2 pints Grape Tomatoes, Halved
  • 2 whole Shallots, Diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Pomegranate-infused Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cups Crumbled Bleu Cheese
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Coarse Pepper
  • 1/4 cups Sliced Almonds

Directions

    Combine broccoli, tomatoes, shallots and garlic. Whisk together the vinegars, mayo, olive oil, pepper and cheese; pour over the veggies. Sprinkle almonds over the top, then put in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
