- 1/2 pints Grape Tomatoes, Halved
- 2 whole Shallots, Diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Pomegranate-infused Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Crumbled Bleu Cheese
- 1/2 Tablespoons Coarse Pepper
- 1/4 cups Sliced Almonds
Directions

1Combine broccoli, tomatoes, shallots and garlic. Whisk together the vinegars, mayo, olive oil, pepper and cheese; pour over the veggies. Sprinkle almonds over the top, then put in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
