- 1 cup Water (or Almond Milk)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 cups Oatmeal
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Sweetener Of Choice (optional)
- 1/4 cups Pomegranate Arils
- 2 Tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter
Directions

1Bring water (or almond milk) and salt to boil. Add oats and chia seeds, turn heat to low, and simmer 5-10 minutes.

2While oats are cooking, microwave berries for 2 minutes. Set aside.

3Remove oats from heat and add vanilla (and sweetener, if desired). Top with berries, pomegranate arils, and peanut butter.
