- 1 can English green peas (with onions)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 8 saltine crackers
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- margarine
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix soup, water chestnuts and milk together. Drain peas and add to mixture.

3Place in greased casserole dish and crumble crackers on top of casserole.

4Put pats of margarine on top and cook for 30 to 45 minutes.
