Pea Casserole

  • 1 can English green peas (with onions)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 8 saltine crackers
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • margarine

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix soup, water chestnuts and milk together. Drain peas and add to mixture.

    Place in greased casserole dish and crumble crackers on top of casserole.

    Put pats of margarine on top and cook for 30 to 45 minutes.
