  • 1 box frozen pea pods, cooked slightly (30 seconds)
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 handful fresh bean sprouts
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can onion rings (on top)

Directions

    Layer in order of ingredients.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or microwave 8 minutes.

    Spread onion rings on paper towel and cover with a paper towel.

    Heat until hot and put on top of casserole.
