  • 2 cans small young peas, drained
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 2 boiled eggs, cut in cubes
  • 1/2 Spanish onion or 1 cooking onion
  • 1 clove garlic, cut fine
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise, salt, pepper, Accent, 1 Tbsp. sugar or 1 tsp. honey
