  • pickles to taste (dill or sweet), chopped
  • 2 cans green peas, drained
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 4 carrots, shredded
  • 4 celery sticks, minced
  • mustard to taste
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Directions

    Add chopped eggs, carrots, celery, onion and pickles to peas. Add mustard, mayonnaise and salt to taste.

    Mix carefully, so as to not mash peas.
