- pickles to taste (dill or sweet), chopped
- 2 cans green peas, drained
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 4 carrots, shredded
- 4 celery sticks, minced
- mustard to taste
- mayonnaise to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Directions

1Add chopped eggs, carrots, celery, onion and pickles to peas. Add mustard, mayonnaise and salt to taste.
