Ingredients
- 1 large can peas (I prefer the small peas)
- 1 can white whole kernel corn
- 1 can French style green beans
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Drain all vegetables; toss together.

2Mix the vinegar, water, salt, sugar and oil.

3Pour over vegetables.

4Let stand for a while and refrigerate.
