Ingredients

  • 1 large can peas (I prefer the small peas)
  • 1 can white whole kernel corn
  • 1 can French style green beans
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. oil

Directions

    Drain all vegetables; toss together.

    Mix the vinegar, water, salt, sugar and oil.

    Pour over vegetables.

    Let stand for a while and refrigerate.
