- 1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained
- 2 each hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 1 small onion, diced fine
- 1 small green pepper, diced fine
- 5 to 7 radishes, sliced
- 5 to 10 sweet pickles, diced
- 4 oz. extra-sharp or sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed small
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix all drained and cut-up ingredients together with mayonnaise.
