Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained
  • 2 each hard-boiled eggs, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced fine
  • 1 small green pepper, diced fine
  • 5 to 7 radishes, sliced
  • 5 to 10 sweet pickles, diced
  • 4 oz. extra-sharp or sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed small
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix all drained and cut-up ingredients together with mayonnaise.

    Best if refrigerated 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
