- 20 oz. frozen peas
- 1 c. raw Minute rice
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 to 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, cubed
- 1/4 c. sweet pickles, cut small
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1/2 c. chopped ham
Directions

1Boil peas 2 minutes; stir in rice and remove from heat.

2Let stand 5 minutes.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4When serving, decorate with strips of ham and cheese.

5Keep refrigerated.
