Ingredients

  • 20 oz. frozen peas
  • 1 c. raw Minute rice
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 to 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 c. sweet pickles, cut small
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped ham

Directions

    Boil peas 2 minutes; stir in rice and remove from heat.

    Let stand 5 minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    When serving, decorate with strips of ham and cheese.
