  • 1 (15 ounce) can tiny peas, well drained
  • 1 mild onion, finely chopped (preferably Vidalia or Walla Walla)
  • 4 sliced hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 (2 1/4 ounce) canssliced black olives, well drained

Directions

    Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and stir in just enough mayonnaise to coat the ingredients, salt and pepper to taste, but remember the olives are salty.
