  • 2 lb. (32 oz.) frozen peas
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 6 strips bacon, crumbled
  • 3/4 c. Miracle Whip
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 boiled eggs, diced

    Rinse and thaw peas.

    Make sure well drained.

    In a large bowl mix all other ingredients together, saving the Miracle Whip for last.

    Stir well.

    Add dressing until well coated but not runny. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Refrigerate for at least an hour before served.
