- 2 lb. (32 oz.) frozen peas
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 6 strips bacon, crumbled
- 3/4 c. Miracle Whip
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 boiled eggs, diced
Directions

1Rinse and thaw peas.

2Make sure well drained.

3In a large bowl mix all other ingredients together, saving the Miracle Whip for last.

4Stir well.

5Add dressing until well coated but not runny. Salt and pepper to taste.

6Refrigerate for at least an hour before served.
