- 3 lb. cream cheese
- 1 lb. sugar
- 1 1/2 lb. sour cream
- 7 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Whip cream cheese by itself at a high speed to get as smooth as possible, without any lumps.

2Then mix at slow speed for a few minutes to avoid air bubbles.

3Mix in sour cream; add sugar, eggs and vanilla.

4Pour into a graham cracker crust.

5Bake in a hot water bath in a 325° oven for one hour and ten minutes.

6Let cake cool in oven until it is slightly warm. Transfer to refrigerator to finish cooling.

7Serve cold with desired sauce.
