- 2 None ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen

1Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2Place peaches, cut-side down, in a baking dish; add 1/4 cup water. Roast for 15 mins or until peaches are tender. Cool. Peel and discard skin.

3Blend or process peaches and raspberries until smooth. Push mixture through a sieve into a small bowl.
