- 2 lb. carrots, sliced and cooked until tender
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, cut in rings
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place cooked carrots, onion and pepper rings in large bowl. Mix together other ingredients and pour over carrot mixture. Marinate overnight.
