- 2 c. fresh or frozen peaches
- 1 c. crushed gingersnaps
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. Molly McButter or Butter Buds
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- dash of cornstarch or flour
Directions

1Mix juice from peaches with cornstarch or flour to thicken. Add cinnamon.

2Place peaches in baking dish.

3Sprinkle with Molly McButter and top with gingersnaps and brown sugar.

4Bake at 350° for approximately 10 minutes or until sugar has melted.
