Ingredients

  • 2 c. fresh or frozen peaches
  • 1 c. crushed gingersnaps
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. Molly McButter or Butter Buds
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • dash of cornstarch or flour

Directions

    Mix juice from peaches with cornstarch or flour to thicken. Add cinnamon.

    Place peaches in baking dish.

    Sprinkle with Molly McButter and top with gingersnaps and brown sugar.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 10 minutes or until sugar has melted.
