- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
- 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) peach gelatin
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
Directions

1Drain peaches, reserving 2/3 cup juice.

2Chop peaches into small pieces; set aside.

3In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

4Stir in reserved syrup.

5Chill until slightly thickened. Stir extract into Cool Whip.

6Gently fold in gelatin mixture. Fold in peaches.

7Pour into an oiled 6-cup mold.

8Chill overnight. Unmold.

9Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
