- 1 head romaine lettuce, roughly torn
- 2 peaches - peeled, pitted, and diced, or more to taste
- 3/4 cup poppy seed dressing (such as Briannas(R))
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken (optional)

1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the bow-tie pasta at a boil, stirring occasionally, until cooked through yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes; drain and run under cold water to cool.
