  • 8 oz. cream cheese, soften
  • 1 carton whipping cream
  • 1 large can peaches
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 large box lemon jello
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Reserve 1 cup peach juice.

    Dissolve jello in 1 cup hot water. Add peach juice.

    Cool until slightly thickened.

    Beat cream cheese and whipping cream slowly.

    Add sugar and lemon juice.

    Add jello mixture slowly.

    Then add peaches and pecans and mold.
