- 8 oz. cream cheese, soften
- 1 carton whipping cream
- 1 large can peaches
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 large box lemon jello
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Reserve 1 cup peach juice.

2Dissolve jello in 1 cup hot water. Add peach juice.

3Cool until slightly thickened.

4Beat cream cheese and whipping cream slowly.

5Add sugar and lemon juice.

6Add jello mixture slowly.

7Then add peaches and pecans and mold.
