  • 18 medium or large peaches
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Peel, pit and chop peaches.

    Cook in small amount of water until soft.

    Press through sieve or food mill, or puree in blender.

    Measure 2 quarts of pulp.
