- 1 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Measure water into a bowl and sprinkle in yeast, stirring until dissolved.

2Stir in additional flour and other ingredients. Turn out on lightly floured board and knead until smooth and elastic, working in more flour if dough is sticky.

3Allow dough to rest 5 minutes before patting out in pans.

4Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.

5It makes two 13 1/4 x 9-inch pans.
