- 6 eggs
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. flour
- 8 oz. sour cream
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs one at a time until well blended.

3Stir in almond and vanilla extracts.

4Combine dry ingredients.

5Add to mixture using low speed.

6Fold in sour cream and peaches.

7Bake 75 to 85 minutes at 350°.
