  • 3 c. sugar (can cut to 2 1/2)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 c. peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. flour
  • 8 oz. sour cream

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add eggs one at a time until well blended.

    Stir in almond and vanilla extracts.

    Combine dry ingredients.

    Add to mixture using low speed.
