- 1 c. Hoovers corn meal (fine grind)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Mix corn meal and garlic salt in medium bowl and add water, stirring to a thin consistency, but not too thin.

2In a frying pan, medium to high heat, using a tablespoon, spoon mixture into hot cooking oil (not deep).

3Each patty should spread to about 3-inches round.

4Fry until golden brown and crispy around the edges, turning with spatula.

5Drain on paper towels before serving.
