  • 1 stick (1/4 lb.) margarine
  • 1 c. each: sugar, flour and milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
  • 1 (29 oz.) can peaches

Directions

    Melt margarine in an 11 1/2 x 8-inch baking pan.

    Mix in a bowl sugar, flour, milk, salt and baking powder.

    Add to pan; pour peaches on top.

    Bake at 350° about 40 to 45 minutes.

    Check in about 30 minutes.
