- 29 ounces canned packed in light syrup peaches, drained and chopped
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 teaspoons whole milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Lightly grease 8x8-inch pan.

3Spread peaches in baking pan.

4Mix remaining ingredients, except brown sugar and milk, together in mixing bowl; spread over top of peaches.

5Bake until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean, about 30-35 minutes.

6For topping, combine brown sugar and milk in small bowl.

7Drizzle mixture on top of cake; return cake to oven, and bake 2-3 minutes.

8Cut into 8 pieces.
