- 3 egg, beaten
- 1 3/4 cups white sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.

2In a large bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, oil, flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, peaches and pecans. Mix thoroughly by hand.

3Pour into prepared 9x13 inch pan and bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 50 minutes or until done.
