  • 3/4 Cup Flour
  • 1 Tsp. Baking powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 3 1/4 oz. Pkg. dry Vanilla Pudding mix, NOT INSTANT
  • 3 TBS. Butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • Combine in mixing bowl, beat 2 minutes at medium speed, and pour into prepared pan.
  • 1 15-20 oz. can peaches in syrup, well drained, RESERVE JUICE
  • Place slices on batter up to within 1 inch of edge of batter.
  • 1 8oz. Pkg. Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 3 TBS. Reserved peach juice
  • Combine in mixing bowl, beat 2 minutes at medium speed, and spread over peaches to within 1 inch of edge.
  • 1 TBS. Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • Combine and sprinkle over cheese filling.
