- 2 Pillsbury flat pie crusts
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 large cans sliced peaches
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Mix sugar, nutmeg and flour thoroughly in bowl.

2Add peaches with juice and lemon juice to sugar mixture.

3Mix thoroughly. Place one pie crust in bottom of pan; press to sides and corners. Prick crust with fork along bottom and sides.

4Pour peach mixture into pan.

5Cut butter on top of mixture.

6Place second crust on top of pan.

7Press to corners and sides.

8Bake in oven at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour until cobbler is browned.
