- 1 (29 oz.) can peaches, drained (keep juice)
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. peach juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Melt margarine in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan in oven at 350°.

2Mix in small bowl the flour, sugar, egg, juice and vanilla.

3Pour evenly over melted margarine; do not stir.

4Place peaches over batter; do not stir.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

6Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip, or serve plain.
