- 15 medium sized peaches (5 lb.)
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- sugar
- ground cinnamon
- 1 (17.3 oz.) can or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated biscuits
Directions

1About 2 hours before serving or early in the day:

2Preheat oven to 450°.

3Peel peaches and cut into 1/2-inch slices.

4In large bowl, toss sliced peaches with flour, lemon juice, salt, 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.

5Spoon peach mixture into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

6Cover tightly with foil; bake 35 to 45 minutes until peach mixture is hot and bubbly.
