- 3 large cans peach slices
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla flavor
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- frozen pie crust
Directions

1In 13 x 9-inch square cake pan or casserole dish, lay in peaches (drain peaches).

2Put juice in large saucepan.

3Add vanilla flavor, oleo and cinnamon.

4Cook over low heat.

5Stir.

6Add cornstarch.

7Dissolve about 10 minutes.

8Pour over peaches.

9Lay pie crust on wax paper.

10Cut in strips.

11Lay on top of peaches. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
