- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Beat eggs, sugar and oil.

2Add flour and baking powder.

3Make 1-inch balls (do not press) and bake on greased and floured cookie sheets for 12 to 15 minutes at 350°.

4While still warm, hollow out cookies and when cool, fill with apricot filling.

5Mix 1/2 pint white vermouth and 6 drops red food color.

6Roll cookies in vermouth, then white sugar and add peach leaves.

7Yield:

85 dozen cookies (2 1/2 dozen peaches).
