Peach Cream Cheese Pie

- 1 medium size can sliced peaches
- 1 small regular vanilla pudding
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. softened butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. peach juice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Grease 9-inch pie plate.

2Drain peaches (saving juice).

3Beat with mixer 2 minutes, pudding, salt, baking powder, flour, butter, egg and milk.

4Pour into pie plate.

5Place peaches over batter. Cream 2 minutes, cream cheese, peach juice and sugar.

6Spoon onto other mixture.

7Mix sugar and cinnamon.

8Sprinkle over top of pie. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

9Cool.
