Peach Cream Cheese Pie

  • 1 medium size can sliced peaches
  • 1 small regular vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. softened butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. peach juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Grease 9-inch pie plate.

    Drain peaches (saving juice).

    Beat with mixer 2 minutes, pudding, salt, baking powder, flour, butter, egg and milk.

    Pour into pie plate.

    Place peaches over batter. Cream 2 minutes, cream cheese, peach juice and sugar.

    Spoon onto other mixture.

    Mix sugar and cinnamon.

    Sprinkle over top of pie. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
