Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. Ramen Noodles (crushed)
  • 1 c. Slivered Almonds
  • 2 tsp. Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 head of Cabbage (shredded)
  • 3/4 c. Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 bunch Green Onions (chopped)

Directions

    Over low heat, brown noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds with butter.

    Once browned take off heat to cool.

    In a small saucepan bring vegetable oil, sugar, and vinegar to boil for 1 minute. Cool.

    Add soy sauce.

    In large bowl, combine cabbage & green onions.

    Add noodle mixture and soy sauce mixture.

    Toss to coat.
